An updated version of this hugely influential exhibition catalogue published in conjunction with artist Mike Kelley’s exhibition of the same name organised by Sonsbeek 93 in the Gemeentemuseum, Arnhem, Netherlands, a meditation on Sigmund Freud’s 1919 text The Uncanny. Following a 2004 re-staging of the show at Tate Liverpool, this incredibly rare book was published with a new introduction from the artist, and includes essays as well as plates of featured artworks and installation views of the exhibition alongside extensive image references for Kelley’s work, including works by Cindy Sherman, Jeff Koons, and Paul McCarthy.
